My First Office Project !!

I've had many experience during my college days with this "project" work. Our project was guided by our subject guide, who would help and assist us in each and every step of our progress. And since we did that project "outside", it was like having "two guides" for the same project. :P

The office project was totally different. We were split up into two teams and the saddest part (for me and most importantly my team members) was that I was the team leader. You guys might be wondering how i became the leader. Well.. its because I raised my hand when the CEO asked. :P ;)

There are usually two kinds of teams. Number one, the team with the smart leader and stupid members. Number two, the team with a ultra-stupid leader and smart members. Well.. (as you guys guessed) my team falls under the second category. I wasn't much well-versed with the leader stuff.

We split up our work among the members and then started working ( from the next day :P) As most leaders would do, splitting up works (even the leader's works), I did the same. I was no exception. But still worked a little, fearing the camera. :P

Team work was felt in each and every move, and the way each and every person contributed was fun and a symbol of "unity". Arun, Radha, Persis made up our team. Arun took care of the key portion of competitor analysis, Radha handled the Outdated services section and Persis, the SWOT analysis. And Persis was also the one correlating all the data we collected and making a full report. So, you guys might be wondering what "I" was actually doing in this team. Well.. the same feeling crept into my mind several times. And the answer is - I was guiding them and also handling a part of outdated services section. :P

And then came the review. I was prepared for any kind of remarksas reviews have always been a part of my college life where i used to get lashed and thrashed by the reviewers. We gave our best, but still the presentation was a bit off because we failed to present our report in the form of a PPT. At the end of the day, the better team (my best friend Jeen's team) won and they really deserved the victory. And now, myself and Jeen are in the same content writing team and this new team is something i would cherish for a long time!
